Mikael Winkvist

On behalf of Meda's shareholders, the auditors are charged with auditing Meda's annual accounts and bookkeeping and the board and CEO's administration. Auditors are appointed by the AGM every fourth year. Participants at the 2008 AGM appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers AB as Meda's auditor up to the 2012 AGM.
 
Besides auditing during the last three years, PricewaterhouseCoopers AB had limited assignments primarily regarding tax advice and accounting matters.

Meda has not appointed an audit committee. Meda's nomination committee prepares proposals for auditor appointments.
